DESCRIPTION:When: Saturday\, 29 April 2023\; 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Where: VFW Post (across from the fairgrounds) and Shooting Range just at southwest end of Scottsboro   directions can be provided Invitees: Any woman (over 18 years of age) who has never fired/or seldom fired a handgun\, or does not own a handgun\, and who is interested in attending a beginner class on handgun safety\, then fire "loaned" handguns following the class is invited to apply. Experienced and certified VFW range safety officers will run the course and be available to assist at every step of the way. The non-refundable course fee is $75.00 (donation to the VFW) which includes\, refreshments\, lunch\, targets\, ammunition\, loaned handguns\, course material and a lot of fun. Only 20 reservations accepted on a first come first paid basis.
