But the reality is, often local retail & restaurants don’t have access to the technological infrastructure to compete with big box stores.

Starting today, Native be working with Merchants to help them upload products to the app so they can be searched for, discovered, and purchased anytime, anywhere through the app.
We’ll also be rolling out our much-anticipated Home Delivery Service. You read that right!

FAQ’s - How the updated Go Native APP works.
The Native Rewards app will now be known as the Go Native app.
Monthly Subscription: $39.99 (Must be a Chamber Member)
Commission Fee: 5% per transaction
Product Listing Fee: There is NO listing fee and NO
minimum/maximum items allowed to be listed. We encourage our Merchants to list as many products as possible.
Minimum Order for Delivery: $30.00
*If the purchase is less than $30.00, the customers will be able to pick up their order at your store.
In-Store Pickup: Shoppers that don’t meet the minimum for delivery or just choose to do so can pickup their order at your store during regular store hours.
Delivery Fee to Merchants: FREE
Packaging: Merchants can use the standard packaging/bags they currently use for customers when they make a purchase in store, but will need to place our Go Native sticker on the bag with order # and customer name.
Driver Pick-Up Process: A “Go Native” driver will pick up the packages/bags from your store after 1:00 pm daily (M-F). The Merchant will need to have a designated area on or behind the counter where Go Native drivers will know to look and can pickup packages without interrupting the Merchant if they’re conducting business.
What Can Be Delivered:
Standard shipping practices that comply with state (AL) and federal law. Go Native uses a common sense approach and expects our Merchants to do the same.
Size: An item must be able to organically fit in the back seat of a standard compact car.
Weight: An item can be no heavier than 25 lbs.
Delivery Area: Your Chamber of Commerce Market Area
Will the Native Lottery still be a Feature? YES! Shoppers will now receive a chance for every purchase they make through the app, as well as when they scan in-store. Not only will it still be a feature, the Native Bucks will now be awarded and redeemed digitally through the app as a promo code.
