Name: Bridging the Generation Gap Training
Date: February 21, 2019
Time: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM CST
Event Description:
The Generation gap occurs when individuals from different generations have actions, beliefs, interests, and opinions that are different. There are six different generations currently alive, five of which are in the workforce and have been known to cause organizational disruption. If you are looking for creative ways to communicate across multiple generations and accomplish more among your team you’ll want to attend this training!

In this 3.5-hour workshop we will learn why certain people think, act and feel as they do based on generational influences. We will then learn how to use the strengths that each generation brings to the workforce to create productive, cross-generational teams.

Your investment to participate is $139.00/non-member, $119.00/member. RSVP is required, please email sstahl@scottsboro.org to sign up.
