Frigid 5k Trail Run & Polar Plunge
The Frigid 5k trail run and polar plunge will benefit Maranatha Camp and Conference Center, in Scottsboro, Alabama. Nestled on the banks of the Tennessee River on beautiful Lake Guntersville, Camp Maranatha provides campers and guests alike the opportunity to unplug and enjoy the beauty of creation. The Figid 5k trail run course is a loop entirely on camp property and is comprised of trail, grass, and gravel. The course begins at the center of camp and immediately turns in to the woods to start the climb to the ridge. There is a significantly steep portion just before peaking. The course gradually slopes downward from there. Runners make the loop twice before finishing at the center of camp next to the water. Runners are invited to participate in the polar plunge at 10 am.

$25 Through December 31 midnight. $30 January 1-17 *Online reg. ends January 17 at 5:00 pm. $35 Race day registration January 20 at 6:30-7:30 am.
