I want to share my knowledge of martial arts, meditation, health and long life.
I am a PhD anthropologist. I have written articles and books
I worked with several native american tribes and nomadic pastoral tribes in the Middle east. I was embeded with the 101st in Afghanistan. I am a scuba diver, have over 500 parachute jumps and many black belts in martial arts.
