Maranatha exists to connect people to God through Creation so that they may be transformed for His purpose in their lives. For over 50 years, Maranatha has served North Alabama and beyond as a safe gathering place for people of all types. It has been, and will continue to be, a place where differences are set aside and our humanity, spirituality, and commonality are re-ignited.

When we’re not loaded up with summer campers, Camp Maranatha provides opportunities to use the Lakeside Retreat and Conference Center and Cabins to bring groups for team building, strategic planning, leadership training or retreats. Located on the banks of the beautiful Tennessee River in a natural setting, Maranatha provides a get away from the stress and outside distraction that’s ideal for churches and companies in need of event space.
